Is every product handmade?
Yes.
Every Granny Todu item is handmade by an actual human being with actual hands and occasionally questionable life choices.
Small variations in stitching, shape, texture, or color are completely normal and part of what makes handmade items special.
Do you accept custom orders?
Mostly no.
GRANNY respects your vision, but GRANNY also respects her remaining sanity.
However, custom orders are currently available for selected accessories, including:

🔥ALL Granny's Stationery items
Please keep in mind that custom orders usually take around 6–7 days to prepare before delivery within Tbilisi.
For deliveries outside Tbilisi, timing depends on the courier service and location.
For all other products, we do not accept custom orders.
However, if there's something you desperately wish existed, you can submit a request through the Make a Wish page.
What is the Make a Wish page?
A highly sophisticated product suggestion system.

If there's a sold-out item you love, or something you'd like Todu to create in the future, you can submit your wish.
Submitting a wish does not guarantee the item will be made.
But GRANNY does listen.
How long does shipping take?
Within Tbilisi, crocheted products are usually delivered within 2–5 days, while stationery items usually require 4–7 days for preparation and delivery.
In many cases, delivery may take place sooner.
Deliveries may also occur during weekends.
Outside Tbilisi, delivery times depend on where you're located. We'll contact you after your order and agree on the details in advance.
Sometimes your order may arrive even faster because, if anyone understands the unbearable excitement of receiving a package immediately after ordering it, it's Todu the Toad — an obsessive shopaholic herself.

Do you ship internationally?
In some cases, yes.
If you're outside Georgia and interested in adopting a crochet creature, contact us and we'll see what is possible.
Are the colors exactly the same as in the photos?
My amphibian tries her best, but screens are mysterious little liars.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device settings.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Nobody deserves a damaged emotional support object.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact GRANNY TODU within 2 days of receiving your order via email or our official social media channels.
We may ask for photos of the issue so we can review the situation and help find the most appropriate solution.
