After an order is placed, GRANNY TODU may contact the customer using the provided contact information to confirm delivery details or clarify order information.

GRANNY TODU reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases including:

unavailable products
suspected fraudulent activity
payment issues

4. Make a Wish Feature

The Make a Wish feature allows customers to express interest in products that are currently out of stock.

Submitting a request through this feature does not guarantee that a product will be created, restocked, customized, or made available for purchase.

The Make a Wish feature is not a custom order or product reservation system.

GRANNY TODU reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or use submitted ideas at its sole discretion.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the selected currency and may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. GRANNY TODU does not store full payment card information.

Customers may complete purchases using:

Bank deposit
Secure online card payments processed through UniPay

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

Cash on delivery is currently unavailable.

6. Shipping

Crocheted products are typically delivered within 2–5 days, while stationery items require approximately 4–7 days for preparation and delivery.

In some cases, delivery may take place sooner.

Deliveries may also occur during weekends.

Before shipment or delivery, GRANNY TODU may contact the customer to confirm delivery details.

Orders within Tbilisi may be delivered through local courier services, while orders to other regions of Georgia may be shipped through postal or courier services.

Delivery times may be affected by factors such as region, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond GRANNY TODU's reasonable control.

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination country and available shipping options. Customers must contact GRANNY TODU before placing an international order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

the customer received the wrong item;
the item was delivered damaged.

Before approving a return, exchange, or refund request, GRANNY TODU may request photographs or other reasonable evidence of the reported issue.

GRANNY TODU reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if there is reasonable evidence that the product was damaged after delivery, altered, modified, improperly used, or otherwise damaged by the customer.

All return, exchange, and refund requests are reviewed individually.

Returned items must remain unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by GRANNY TODU.
