MAKE A WISH Terms and Conditions

The Make a Wish feature allows customers to express interest in products that are currently out of stock.

Submitting a request through the Make a Wish feature does not constitute an order, reservation, or purchase commitment.

Upon receiving a request, GRANNY TODU will decide at its sole discretion whether the requested product can be made available again. If the request is accepted, the customer will be contacted with information regarding production time, pricing, and other relevant details.

Customers may decline the offer at any stage before an order is created and payment is completed.

A purchase agreement comes into effect only after:

• the customer confirms their intention to proceed with the order;

• GRANNY TODU creates a corresponding order and payment invoice and sends it to the customer;

• the customer completes full payment.

Once payment has been received, GRANNY TODU assumes responsibility for producing and delivering the item in accordance with the agreed terms.

GRANNY TODU is under no obligation to produce any requested product or to contact every customer who submits a Make a Wish request.

After payment has been received, the order becomes subject to GRANNY TODU's Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.
