Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

GRANNY TODU currently delivers within Georgia.

All crocheted products listed on the website are already made and available for purchase unless stated otherwise. The stationery line, GRANNY'S STATIONERY, is made to order, and production begins after the order is received.

GRANNY TODU does not accept custom orders.

Orders may only be placed for the following products:

  • lighter cases;

  • lip balm holders;

  • handmade crocheted flower keychains;

  • all products from the GRANNY'S STATIONERY line.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Within Tbilisi, crocheted products are usually delivered within 2–5 days, while stationery items usually require 4–7 days for preparation and delivery.

In many cases, delivery may take place sooner.

Deliveries may also occur during weekends.

Before shipment or delivery, GRANNY TODU may contact the customer to confirm delivery details and ensure the customer is informed about the upcoming shipment.


3. Delivery Within Tbilisi

Orders inside Tbilisi may be delivered through local courier services. 

Delivery timing may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


4. Delivery Outside Tbilisi

Orders outside Tbilisi are shipped through Georgian postal or courier services.

Delivery times may vary depending on region and carrier operations.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping across Georgia is GEL 5.

Orders over GEL 200 qualify for free shipping.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • shipping information

  • contact details

  • delivery address

GRANNY TODU is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

 

7. Delivery Delays

GRANNY TODU is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier or postal services

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • technical issues

  • force majeure events

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control


8. Make a Wish Requests

The Make a Wish page is intended for expressing interest in products that are currently out of stock.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the product will be created, reserved, customized, or made available in the future.
